RBM was established in 1969 and has been supplying office technology into the Central Queensland area for over 48 years. It is the longest running business of its type in the area.

Our Primary focus is to support and guide our clients through the process of Digital Transformation. We use an array of world leading technologies to provide fully Managed Print Services, Process Automation and Document Management Systems. We’ve made significant improvements / advances on the efficiency and productivity in a wide range of organisations by listening and learning about their needs.

With the global backing of CANON and TOSHIBA we provide; Business Automation Solutions, Multifunction Devices (MFD’s), Photocopiers, Laser Desktop MF’s /Printers, Wide Format Printers, High volume Document Scanners, Label Printers and Process Improvement Consultancy.

The RBM Service Department is the largest in Central Queensland. Our team of Technicians  are cross-trained on all machines marketed by RBM and are continually training on new and existing equipment.

Preventative Maintenance is our specialty and therefore we carry an extensive range of spare parts and consumables. Technician vehicles are stocked with spare parts and consumables to ensure service calls can be completed without returning to the service centre. RBM is also supported by manufacturers who offer overnight delivery should the need arise. The Service Controllers monitor all machines in the field with a fully integrated system

We guarantee an average response time of two hours for platinum clients. The current average response time is actually less to a “machine down” situation. There is strict adherence to the manufacturer’s schedule of maintenance, replacing all consumable parts as per the manufacturer’s timetable. This ensures consistent reliability, image quality and customer satisfaction with our Copiers and MFD’s performing consistently between services without problems.

To ensure all customers gain the full benefits from their investment RBM provides full onsite training. We coach staff in the normal operating procedures, as well as simple maintenance such as cleaning and toner replacement. This is the first step in ongoing “peace of mind”. A demonstration network system in our showroom allows the exhibition of Real Time performance and features of the MFD’s available.
