Qualified Photocopier Technician

RBM is seeking the services of a permanent full time Copier Technician who’s responsibilities will include -

  • Reporting to the Service Manager
  • Run up, Delivery and install of machines to our customers
  • Complete customer training at install
  • Complete repairs, service and warranty work both on-site and at our workshop on our full range of printers, copiers and MFDs

The Person

The successful applicant should possess -

  • A complete background in both mono and colour printers/copiers
  • Strong ability to diagnose and trouble-shoot problems
  • Good IT skills including knowledge in Networks, Operating systems, PCs and print and scan software
  • Provide a high level customer service and clear communication skills
  • Neat personal presentation and be well organised
  • Current manual drivers licence
  • Show honesty and always be reliable and enthusiastic
  • Prior experience with either Canon or Toshiba would be preferred however not essential
  • It is also desirable the you hold a restricted electrical licence

  • Consistently close business on a monthly basis
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Leverage broader business opportunities from new and established relationships
  • Monitor developments in the industry and your territory for opportunities

What you will need to provide;

  • Experience in a B2B environment where you have consistently met and exceeded a deep target is not essential but it will be highly regarded
  • The ability to sell a diverse product range including but not limited to Photocopiers, Multifunction’s, Printers and  Needs based software solutions to customers within a defined market or territory
  • Be able to demonstrate strong PC skills with developed software/network understanding
  • Possess a high degree of business acumen with the capability to understand, interrogate and design business work flows
  • Have the ability to seek new business opportunities as well  as maintain existing relationships throughout a designated territory
  • Have well developed analytical, negotiation, presentation and communication skills

Qualified Gaming Technician

RBM is seeking the services of a permanent full time Gaming Technician who’s responsibilities will include -

  • Reporting to the Service Manager
  • Complete repair and service both on-site and at our workshop on our full range gaming machines (4 main brands), Tab sites and Keno.

The Person

The successful applicant should possess -

  • A complete background in both gaming machines
  • Strong ability to diagnose and trouble-shoot problems
  • Good IT skills including knowledge in Networks, Operating systems, PCs
  • Provide a high level customer service and clear communication skills
  • Neat personal presentation and be well organised
  • Current manual drivers licence
  • Show honesty and always be reliable and enthusiastic
  • It is also desirable the you hold a restricted electrical licence
