Over 1000 people were surveyed to determine how organisations are enabling their employees to carry out administrative tasks whilst remaining productive within their core roles and responsibilities.
The results found that office administration tasks are increasing year-on-year and are having a negative impact on employee productivity. Many respondents felt that not enough is being done by their business leaders to address the amount of administration required of them and the time it takes to complete the work.
