RBM wins Premium Toshiba Dealer of the Year for 2016
(Friday 9th of June, 2017) SYDNEY, Australia. -Toshiba (Australia) Pty Limited (TAP) proudly announced today that Rockhampton Business Machines has won Toshiba’s “Premium Dealer of the Year” title at the 2017 Toshiba Partner Australian Conference (TPAC), held at the Stanford Plaza Mascot Sydney Airport.
Toshiba annually recognises the dealer that best represents continued sales success, technical service expertise and outstanding customer service and satisfaction throughout the previous year in the Premium category.
Based in the beef capital of Australia, Rockhampton Business Machines (RBM) has been a valued Toshiba Dealer Partner since their appointment by Toshiba’s previous General Manager of EID, Mr Terry Walker, back in 1983.
“In 2010, two young men from the Banking and Finance Sector took a leap of faith and purchased the Dealership, thus becoming part of the roller coaster ride that is the Office Equipment Industry.,” said Hari Tharmakumar, National Channel Manager TAP Electronic Imaging Division (EID).
“Chris Ward and Gavin Northfield have taken RBM forward in leaps and bounds this past year. They have qualifying for every 100 Club Conference since their first year, and along the way have maintained and strengthened the relationship between Toshiba and RBM, not only through their own sales and service, but also as a valuable service provider to our Toshiba Major Accounts,” said Bret Davies, General Manager, Toshiba Australia EID.
